SHIPPING & RETURNS
We use Australia Post, generally via tracked parcel, or untracked letter post for very small orders. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of your order.
If you require Express Postage, select this option on check-out. Please note, as we are regionally based, express shipping may take slightly longer than timeframes advertised by Australia Post.
We ship to all locations across Australia but at present we are not able to ship to other countries.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We certainly want to make sure you're happy with your item! However, we do make custom items, which means that in some cases we can't accept returns as the item is specific to your order, and we can't resell it or use the parts.
We cannot accept returns as per the Australian consumer laws if:
If you made the incorrect choice or you change your mind.
If you decide you don't like the colour you chose.
You made a spelling mistake in the name or custom wording.
We are happy to accept returns if:
We sent you the wrong item (and we'll also find another way to make it up to you!)
What happens if my goods arrive damaged?
A lot of care and effort goes into packaging your items for dispatch, and we ensure it is in perfect condition when it leaves our warehouse. Once it is in the hands of the postal services it is no longer within our control.
In the extremely rare event that your goods arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of your parcel arriving by email with a description of the damage, including photos of the damaged items and/ or packaging. Our email address is email@example.com
